To maximize the benefits of your treatment and ensure a seamless experience, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. The spa provides towels, slippers, shower caps, and other amenities for your convenience. During treatments, you will be adequately covered to maintain your privacy.

Reservations

We highly recommend making advance bookings to secure your preferred time slots, especially if you plan to enjoy multiple treatments during your stay. Walk-in appointments are available based on spa availability. If you wish to make a reservation from your guest room, simply dial the spa button on your phone to reach our spa reception.

Punctuality and Cancellation Policy

Please be mindful that arriving late may result in a reduction of your treatment time out of consideration for the next guest. We kindly request a minimum of twelve hours' notice for cancellations. If you provide less than four hours' notice, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled treatment. For appointments booked before your resort arrival, the spa's cancellation policy aligns with your resort reservation.
